Project

  1. Phase 1. Conduct an exercise to assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their spend across marketing including:
    Media planning (working media)
    Asset creation (non-working media)
    Ways of working across internal teams and agency partners.
  2. Phase 2. Through embedded team members manage the transition to a new set-up for agencies, process and their tech stack whilst ensuring operational continuity and minimising disruption to the business.
