Consultancy: Danone’s Early Life Nutrition is the largest business unit in their UK business. Danone is a B Corp business.

Project

Phase 1. Audit and develop interventions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their spend across marketing including:

  • Media planning (working media)
  • Asset creation (non-working media)
  • Ways of working across internal teams and agency partners.

 

Phase 2. Through embedded team members manage the transition to a new set-up for agencies, process and their tech stack whilst ensuring operational continuity and minimising disruption to the business.

Outputs

  • Overall efficiency savings identified of £2.56m with no negative impact on growth.
  • 36% content efficiency saving identified.
  • Media planning principles developed.
  • Delivery of a new agency / in-house model including a simplified agency structure.
  • Annual Operating Planning (AOP) process evolved with the brand teams including facilitating briefings and response to briefs.
  • Measurement programme recommendation and implementation.
  • Development of the business’s data driven marketing strategy including the activation of their DMP.
