All the talk in larger corporates is how they can learn to work like a start up – for example by using LEAN methodologies and working in a more agile way.

 

However, we are assuming you know how to do all that. We’d like to help your tech start up or scale up keep the best of being a smaller business but also learn from larger companies in how to communicate your proposition by getting inside the mind of advertisers, agencies and investors.

 

We are a consultancy that work with some of the biggest brands globally as well as adtech and martech companies. We only have capacity to work with 2 or 3 in 2019 to the best of our ability – which is very important to us. We’ve worked in the roles you are trying to reach in the market – as Marketing Directors, Media Directors, Head of Digital for some of the world’s biggest brands but also extensively with start up and scale ups.  We think we are perfectly placed to help you.

 

To be topical it has been our observation going to ATS and DMXCO in particular that many adtech and martech companies quite rightly focus on their product and proposition but really aren’t very good at communicating or differentiating themselves. To be frank most sound the same as each other and have pretty confusing propositions to advertisers and agencies.

 

Who are Entropy?

 

We are a media, content and digital consultancy that works with some of the biggest UK & global brands. It was set up by Alex Tait who until last year was Media & Marketing Services Director, UK & Ireland at Unilever.

 

Our purpose is to put the trust back into marketing communications.

 

However, one of the ways we differ from other consultancies is that we do this for our clients and also by engaging with the wider industry. We do this in two ways:

 

  • For our clients by maximising the effectiveness and efficiency of their media, content and digital investments.
