Digital Commerce Consultant

About Entropy

Entropy is a global marketing consultancy and digital commerce one-stop shop. We work with brands across a variety of sectors.

We provide a mix of eCommerce consultancy and digital marketing in order to provide rapid growth for our clients. You can read about how we do that and some of the clients we work with here.

We also always work to our client’s business KPIs rather than the secondary metrics many agencies focus on. Dependent on what they need we’ll do everything from developing their P&L, CRM, website, promotional strategy to running their PPC, paid social and display. We even recently helped develop a beer club!

The role

We are looking for a new Digital Commerce Consultant to help support and develop our growing range of digital commerce clients.

You will be responsible for working with multiple clients on both retainer and project basis, to help these brands accelerate and maximise their digital sales and profitability.

The role requires an eCommerce all-rounder; somebody equally comfortable with both strategy and execution. You’re probably either already an eCommerce Consultant or somebody with strong client-side experience, typically as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role.

No two clients are the same of course which means that day to day responsibilities will vary accordingly. However, they’ll typically include:

  • Managing existing retained clients. Helping to develop and grow their ecommerce business profitably e.g. website trading & CRO, P&L management, proposition and strategy development, reporting and presentations.
  • Project management and development. Including digital commerce strategy, market /competitor research, digital audits, website development projects and running RFI / RFP processes.
  • New business development. Helping to secure new clients with relevant involvement in presentations and pitches.
  • Keeping abreast of eCommerce trends and representing Entropy at appropriate industry events.

We offer a highly flexible working environment with a mix of full-time employees and associate consultants. This role should appeal to eCommerce specialists looking to use their knowledge and experience to help accelerate digital sales for a wide variety of interesting (and fun!) brands.
