Entropy is a global marketing consultancy and one-stop shop for digital commerce. We are looking for a Programmatic Lead to support our clients’ growth as part of our digital commerce offering.

Entropy is a consultancy that also acts as a digital marketing agency for our eCommerce clients. Due to the hybrid nature of the projects that we work on you’ll see the tangible difference you make to our clients’ businesses much more visibly than you would at most agencies. You’ll also get a much deeper understanding of them too.

The Opportunity

Following a period of expansion, we are seeking a Programmatic Lead to instate and manage DSPs and programmatic media buys across a variety of KPIs. This will be a key role within Entropy, acting as a team expert on programmatic advertising and playing a vital role in building and optimising other digital marketing campaigns.

Reporting into our Head of Biddable, a key accountability will be for programmatic campaign strategy, development, and optimisation. You’ll also have opportunities to learn and develop your skillset in paid search, and paid social. Additionally, joining our rapidly growing team at a relatively early stage will see you benefit from working closely alongside an experienced, progressive, and ambitious senior management team.

Our digital transformation projects involve going deep into a clients’ business, solving big problems, and playing a significant role in leading innovation within digital media.


You’ll get to:

  • Act as a trusted expert in programmatic tools and practices.
  • Work closely with client leadership.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve client growth and ROI.
  • Dive deep into clients’ media buying cycles, goals, product schedules, target demographics, and continually optimise for growth.
  • Create and deliver performance reports, using the latest analytics & data visualisation tools.
  • Create, test, and optimise targeting and messaging to maximise brand and performance objectives.
  • Build, test and iterate appropriate campaign structures across multiple channels to optimise towards stronger results.
  • Work collaboratively with our Head of Biddable, eCommerce team, and external consultants to ensure campaigns are set up optimally.
  • Own daily account budget pacing ensuring client spend goals are always met.
  • Create, develop, and own advanced growth strategies to make best use of creative, tech, and optimisations through the lens of paid media.


The ideal fit for Entropy:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience including building and optimising programmatic campaigns
  • Operational experience working with DV360 or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital media ecosystem. We use various vendors/partners, plus engineer solutions – so an interest in tech is a plus!
  • Some experience managing and optimising PPC and/or social campaigns using paid platforms would be ideal. We can build on your existing experience to get you up to speed.
  • Confidence working with digital analytics programmes and analysing campaign data.
  • A stickler for detail, highly organised, with the ability to lead conversations about growth on a foundation of sound data usage.
  • A desire to learn and get stuck into the day-to-day running of a growing, challenger digital consultancy.

Candidates should be based in the UK. We currently work remotely, with at least monthly face-to-face meetings in central London.
