Develop the omnichannel marketing strategy and plan as one of the UK’s best known TV services as it transitions its business model to selling B2C for the first time.
Outputs
We developed a revised Omnichannel marketing strategy and plan for the business in a collaborative project with their agency partners, internal marketing team and key members of the leadership team.
As part of this we developed a detailed roadmap for the business, identifying interventions to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and sales activity.
